Richard Barrett set up Treasury Holdings in 1989 with his old school friend John Ronan and together they have developed Treasury into one of the Europe’s most successful real estate companies. Richard trained and practiced as a Barrister specialising in property law, finance and taxation. He also has a Bachelors and Masters degree in economics and is a member of the Advisory Board of Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Urban Development. Richard became Chairman of the China business in 2005.
