The Company’s principal objective is to achieve capital growth from a portfolio of properties in China. The initial focus will be on large-scale development opportunities for income-producing assets such as office, logistics and retail properties. The investment portfolio will be concentrated on the commercial rather than the residential sector where the Directors believe there is greater growth potential. Geographically, the initial focus will be Shanghai and Beijing, although the Company will pursue opportunities in other cities in China on a selective basis.
