The CREO board currently comprises the following directors:
Alternate Directors
Jane Pearce and Richard Thomas have been appointed as alternate directors
to Richard Pirouet and Ian Ling to ensure that the Company can continue
to carry on business as normal, if for any reason Mr Pirouet and Mr Ling
are unable to act.
Mrs Pearce is a director of Ogier Fiduciary Services (Jersey) Limited
and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Mr Thomas is a partner of Ogier and a Jersey Advocate
