City Centre Hongqiao, Shanghai

The City Centre development is one of Shanghai‘s first modern office and retail developments. Completed in 2002, the development includes two 33-storey office towers which are linked by a 6-storey shopping centre.
The project also includes a street featuring popular restaurants and bars. Since acquisition, Treasury Holdings China has actively reviewed operational management and marketing and has successfully reduced costs, increased rental values, and decreased vacancy rates.
