Beijing International Logistics Centre, Beijing

Beijing Capital International Airport is now one of the largest transport hubs in China.  Freight movement is forecasted to grow to over 1.8m tonnes per annum following the recent completion of the Sir Norman Foster-designed Terminal 3.  Beijing International Logistics Centre is over 11.5 hectares; the site benefits from immediate adjacency to both the airport and the national road network. Existing nearby occupiers include TNT, Santa Fe, and Prologis. Development commenced in late 2008 with design and project management services being provided by Scott Wilson International consultants and is expected to be completed in 2009.
